Fabulous Fajitas

This isn’t just a piece of flank steak. Oh no.

This flank steak, thrown on a grill and seasoned, is the basis for this:

Fabulous fajita meat.
Unlike ground beef, chopped sirlion or whatever else you shove in your tacos, fabulous fajita meat is different. It’s chewy, juicy and great for tearing off as you bite into a fresh tortilla stuffed with cheese, sour cream, beans and whaever else you want to add.

Wouldn’t you like a fabulous fajita too?
Fabulous Fajita Meat
Flank Steak
Salt
Pepper
Fajita seasoning
Olive oil
Cumin
1) Brush oil on meat and rub in spices, to taste.
2) Heat up grill, hot enough to sear meat. Keep meat on grill for 2 to 3 minutes until it reaches medium state. It should be juicy, but not raw or cold in the center.
3) Stuff in a tortilla with desired toppings. Inhale.
