I love friend chicken too – my grandma used to make the most delicious friend chicken – oh lord my mouth is watering just thinking about it right now . . . she would fry it in this big black cast iron skillet and then put it in a huge thick pot (sort of like what the inside of a crockpot is made of) and bake it in the oven for a bit. DELICIOUS!!

The crazy thing is – my hubbie HATES friend chicken!! He detests it! All those years of working at Browns chicken did him in!

ps – I knew you’d like the duckie bathroom!!
