Peanut butter chip Banana Nut muffins

It’s a universal fact in the Pond that everything is made better with peanut butter.

Pies are made better with peanut butter.

Cookies are made better with peanut butter.

Cupcakes are made better with peanut butter.

Peanut butter is a wonderful thing. One of the best inventions man kind created, in my opinion, right up there with electricity and penicillin and the wheel.

As most of you can relate, one day I had a pile of ripe bananas. So I set about to making banana bread. In muffin form.
And then a glimmer of a thought came to me. It giggled and whispered to me, tickling my ears and making my eyes sparkle as my fingers danced in excitement.

No, this would be no ordinary banana bread. It would be banana bread with peanut butter chips. Half a bag, a full bag, whatever you please. Just dump them in.

You won’t regret it, I promise.

As is the rule in the Pond, peanut butter makes everything tastier. These muffins are no exception.

Yum.
Recipe here–just add PB chips to your liking.
