Because you take a tasty veggie,

but sweet potatoes are the best,
For not only are they healthy
but they’re sweeter than the rest.

Than a loaded potato with bacon and cheese,
Is a sweet potato loaded and stuffed,
With everything I can dream.

Oh, the possibilities are endless!

Eat them plain or dry,

Salty or sweet,
Healthy or naughty,
The only thing better than a loaded sweet potato,

Oh I love sweet potatoes and can’t wait until next week. I think I’ll have mine with butter, cinnamon and a dash of sugar. Just like pie! Yum. You left me a question last week asking about Sriracha. It is a hot chili sauce originally made in Thailand. The flavor is wonderful and the heat is not bad. They even have their own cookbook! It is really easy to find – even at Wal-Mart. If you love any kind of spicy hot sauce – give this one a try. Hope you have a love Thanksgiving! Love your poem – it is all so true and creative!

Oh how I love sweet potatoes you know I’ve done the fries but haven’t done anything fun like the other pictures. Currently my diet doesn’t allow sweet potatoes but when I can again I’m so making that first one and working my way down!

I love sweet potatoes in just about every form, but I confess… I haven’t tried “loading” the baked variety with anything other than a bit of butter and a sprinkle of brown sugar. I’m really curious about the guac photo…

loaded with brown sugar, marshmallows, and cinnamon–it’s like dessert but acceptable as a side, which is pretty much as good as it gets.
