Pumpkin Cookies

There’s only one person who likes pumpkin more than me.
My sister.
There’s only two people who bake better than me.

So when they made these tasty cookies from Taste of Home, I wasn’t going to do reinvent the wheel or rock the boat. I just ate them.
You should too.
And if you eat them with some pecan pie loaded on top of the cream cheese icing laden cookie, they’re even more delicious.
My dad was so proud.

I recently made a similar batch (no eggs or butter) for daycare. The munchkins INHALED them. Pumpkin is delish.

I just made pumpkin cookies this past weekend and they are so good (though mine were more muffin like and turned into whoopie pies!)

Not an ingredient commonly used here in the north east of England. We once tried to make a pumpkin soup but it was awful – perhaps we might have been more successful with your cookies.

If someone made me cookies, I would just eat them too. Unfortunately, it is unlikely to happen anytime soon. Did your Dad put gravy on his?
